Job Description: We are looking for a results-driven and detail-oriented Managing Director who can take responsibility for the XYIS company/service line and help us scale through the next stage of growth. We need a leader who is skilled at taking the strategic plan of the company and converting it to execution with the available resources. This dedicated leader will develop and maintain control of all business operations, and will be an experienced and efficient leader with excellent people skills, business acumen, and an exemplary work ethic. In addition, the right candidate will have an instinctive ability to recognize, retain, develop, and respect the talent within the organization, and help guide team members to reach their full potential through support and mentorship. Responsibilities: -
Lead the investment platform in all aspects: Platform development and maintenance, sales and marketing, management of vendors / partners, team leadership and development -
Oversee daily operations, and lead the implementation of our EOS tools to ensure the organization is consistently “rowing” together in the same direction -
Responsible for executing the strategic business plan; developing comprehensive goals for performance, growth strategies and achieving or exceeding established platform objectives -
Collaborate and stay on the same page with the co-founders who serve as the visionaries of the company -
Filter and translate the CEO’s ideas into functional plans for the company -
Effectively problem-solve and resolve issues that arise anywhere in the company. Must be comfortable with conflict, addressing issues, and solving problems in a practical and healthy manner in a rapidly growing business -
Identify areas of opportunities for capital improvements across the organization, including opportunities to improve revenue, increase margin, reduce cost, and increase profitability throughout the organization, all while improving efficiency -
Attract, retain, and develop a team of high-performers -
Lead, manage, and hold direct reports accountable for achieving agreed-upon commitments -
Oversee the cultivation and management of healthy relationships with strategic partners and vendors -
Consistently demonstrates a passion for values alignment, focus, simplicity, and clarity across the organization -
Sit on the XYIS Investment Committee and facilitate necessary meetings and communication -
Serve as XYIS’ Chief Compliance Officer (CCO) |
