Summary
The National Account A/R Administrator will be responsible for overseeing the sizeable accounts receivable of one or more of Weber’s major national accounts. These customers often demand more of suppliers and can pose very unusual, costly problems; their compliance guides have more stringent requirements for doing business with them and they utilize more complex/sophisticated support systems which suppliers must access to either obtain or deliver information. National accounts are typically managed by a Weber Sales Vice-President or a Director of National Accounts. Problems that arise when selling these customers are often challenging and can require much tracking and compiling information for analysis.
Given the importance of a national account, required interaction with more senior managers and the complexity of problems, the National Account A/R Administrator must have an appropriate level of experience, be very familiar with Weber policies and procedures, have good business savvy and possess strong interpersonal skills.
Essential Duties and Responsibilitiesinclude the following, other duties may be assigned
Monitor the receivables to insure timely invoice payment of usually significant dollar receivables
Analyze deductions and reconcile the account; when policy conflict exists, initiate necessary internal review to prevent or minimize further disputes
Maintain excellent records of all verbal or written customer contact as well as related internal communications; document all unusual settlements in order to facilitate comparisons to future like settlements

Education and/or Experience
High school diploma required. College degree is not required but some college course would be beneficial and/or five to eight years experience in A/R administration in a manufacturing environment. NACM classes, seminars and/or designations preferred but not necessary.
Prior experience working with well known national retailers would be helpful.
Language Skills
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
Mathematical Skills
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
Reasoning Ability
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations. Need to compile and understand the significance of data as it relates to a particular problem; develop a methodology for compiling and presenting critical data in a way that will clearly define a problem or support conclusions

Other Skills and Abilities
Have good to strong PC and Excel skills
Use Microsoft Office, particularly know fundamentals for creating excel spreadsheets
Be a strong SAP user
