POSITION OVERVIEW Directs the Internal Audit function for the Authority and leads the Internal Audit Team to complete a wide range of professional assurance and consulting engagements, strategic initiatives, and advisory services. Reports functionally to the Audit Committee and administratively to an Executive. Influences positive change within the Authority by being a trusted advisor. Collaborates and communicates often with Senior Leadership. Responsible for the completion of the annual risk assessment and annual audit plan. Responsible for ensuring completion of required internal and external assessments and overall compliance with professional auditing standards. Responsible for supervising, coaching,
